Lana Garden is a small collection of ten private villas set among the slow rhythms of Koh Phangan — designed for travellers who stay longer, breathe deeper, and want a real address on the island.
Each villa is built around a courtyard and an open-air kitchen, with linen, ceramics, and outdoor showers chosen for the climate — not for a brochure.

Lana Garden sits on the quieter east coast of Koh Phangan — far from the full moon, close to the jungle, and ten minutes from a beach where the sand still squeaks underfoot.
We work with local drivers, a cook from the village, and a yoga teacher who comes to the garden on Tuesdays.

The pool garden
A main plunge pool set among the frangipani. Yoga on the deck at seven, before the sun gets heavy.
The kitchen
An open-air kitchen where breakfast — coconut curry, fresh papaya, slow coffee — is cooked to order.
The quiet
No parties, no speakers. Only crickets, wind through the palms, and rain on the roof.

Koh Phangan is known for its full-moon parties — but that is one corner of it. The rest is old fishing villages, inland waterfalls, silent bays, and jungle roads that end at someone's kitchen.

Than Sadet waterfall
A short jungle hike inland to the king's bathing pool. Bring sandals.
Bottle Beach
Reached only by longtail boat from the north. Clear water, one restaurant, nothing else.
Chaloklum village
A working port on the north coast. Morning fish market, wooden boats, dried-fish stalls.
Dome Silent Retreat
A Vipassana centre on the hill above Srithanu. Day visits welcome.
Full moon parties happen at Haad Rin, 45 minutes away by car — you cannot see them from here.
